编者按：

用语言助力乡村振兴，用语言推介美丽乡村。近日，东南大学外国语学院羽翼实践队走进厦门市海沧区东孚街道，将专业实践与志愿服务相结合，开展“以语译为羽翼，助乡村共振兴”东孚旅游外语翻译实践活动。连日来，实践队成员顶着烈日用脚步丈量乡村，走遍东孚坊间巷陌，认真收集各大文旅点位的名字、介绍等信息，发挥专业优势，让东孚辖区主要文旅点位首次有了英语和日语翻译。为推动做好多语言的乡村文旅服务，谨将该实践队的翻译成果陆续配图刊发，助力乡村振兴。

洪塘村赤土社基本介绍

The basic introduction of Hongtang Chitu Village

洪塘村赤土社紧邻厦门天竺山森林公园，是东孚街道洪塘村七个自然社之一，总人口约820人，村庄面积0.55平方公里。赤土社民风淳朴，文化积淀深厚，是闽南农耕式传统村庄。村民勤劳、勇敢、守信、包容，至今还口耳相传着“妈祖救人”、“赤土古道”、“十八磨坊”等历史传说、人文故事和农耕文化遗迹；2014年洪村获评“中国十大最美乡村”并荣获“最美宜居宜业村”奖项；2019年荣获“福建省森林村庄”称号；2020年7月，洪塘村获评为福建省级乡村治理示范村。

The Chitu village of Hongtang is close to Xiamen Tianzhu Mountain Forest Park and is one of the seven nature villages of Hongtang on Dongfu Sub-district. The total population of Chitu is about 820, and the village area is 0.55 square kilometers. Chitu Village is a traditional farming village in southern Fujian with simple folk customs and profound cultural accumulation. The villagers are hardworking, brave, trustworthy and tolerant. So far, the village still spreads the historical legends and humanistic stories such as "Mazu saves people", "Ancient Road of Terra Cotta" and "Eighteen mills". There are also many traces of farming culture in the village. In 2014, the village was awarded the "Top Ten Most Beautiful Villages in China" and the "Most Livable and viable Village" award. In 2019, it won the title of "Forest Village in Fujian Province". In July 2020, Hongtang Village was rated as a Fujian provincial model village for rural governance.

赤土村口文化公园

赤土社村口公园的乡愁墙上的许多物件，都是村民旧房子拆下来的废旧瓦片、石材和窗柩等，这种以废弃建筑材料作为原材料的“砲筑方法”应用在乡村振兴建筑工程中，达到“建筑零垃圾”也留住了乡愁。眼前这四座雕像名称是一代人，象征赤土勤劳刻苦的精神一代传过一代，扁担里装的是赤土大米，赤土先民在天竺山脚下发现两处湍急的水流，便筑起了十八磨坊，天竺山优质的水源孕育出优质的赤土大米，最远还卖到东南亚。

Many of the objects on the nostalgia wall of the Chitou Village Park are from the old tiles, stone and window caskets of the villagers' old houses. This construction method using waste building materials as raw materials has been applied in rural revitalization construction projects, achieving the goal of reducing construction waste and retaining nostalgia. The name of these four statues is "Generation." It symbolizes the spirit of hard work passed down from generation to generation. The pole here is loaded with terracotta rice. At the foot of Tianzhu Mountain, the ancient people found two fast-flowing waters and built eighteen mills. The high-quality water sources of Tianzhu Mountain give birth to high-quality terra-cotta rice, which is sold as far as Southeast Asia.

左边这间餐厅叫做披萨农场，由赤土女婿80后返乡青年安文博，配合政府乡村振兴的政策，自费20万将美丽庭院打造完成后，与朋友合伙成立了“披萨农场”这间餐厅。

The restaurant on the left is called Pizza Farm. An Wenbo, the son-in-law of the villager of Chitu Village, is a youth who was born in 1980s and returned hometown. He cooperates with the government's policy of rural revitalization. After he completed the beautiful courtyard with 200,000 yuan at his own expense, he set up the restaurant "Pizza Farm" with his friends.

赤土周记扁食

Zhou's Diary Dumplings

赤土周记扁食的创始人周毅红女士在20年6月参加厦门市第二十六届“家的味道”比赛，荣获特金奖与金奖，三代传承的手艺不负众望，载誉而归，并配合乡村振兴政策，历时近5个月，从里到外，把整个庭焕然一新，许多岛内的人都会特地开车来品尝一碗美味的周记扁食。

Ms. Zhou Yihong, founder of Zhou's Diary Dumplings, participated in the 26th "Taste of Home" Competition in Xiamen City in June 2020 and won the Special Gold Medal and Gold Medal. Her craft has been passed down through three generations. She finally lived up to the expectations and returned home. In accordance with the rural revitalization policy, she rebuilt the entire courtyard from the inside out in nearly five months. Many people living on Xiamen Island make a drive to taste a delicious bowl of dumplings.

锦熹陶瓷馆

Jin Xi Ceramic Hall

锦熹陶瓷博物馆，是赤土乡村振兴引进的第一只凤凰，致力于协助发展村庄的研学观光，协助在地村民参与研学产业，并积极打造乡村里的博物馆，提升村民的精神文明。由一批中国艺术家和国外设计师创立于2020年，致力于传统文化的传承及创新，挖掘厦门本土陶瓷文化，复兴海沧东瑶窑；将艺术家的灵感与手工工艺巧妙结合，为客户提供创造性的文创产品及生活美学空间的软装产品。在赤土社打造文创的产、学、研基地。陶瓷文化馆总计三层，第一层作为乡村艺术展览馆和厦门陶瓷文化，二层作为中国陶瓷文化展览区域，主要是对接外贸客户和国际陶瓷文化交流；三层作为艺术家创作空间，满足艺术家现场创作和文化交流的需求。

Jin Xi Ceramic Hall was founded in 2020 by a group of Chinese artists and foreign designers. It is committed to the inheritance and innovation of traditional culture, excavating Xiamen native ceramic culture, and reviving Haicang Dongyao Kiln. It combines artists' inspiration with handcraft to provide customers with creative cultural and creative products and soft decoration products for life aesthetic space. It creates a cultural and creative production, learning and research base in Chitu village. The ceramic Culture Hall has three floors in total. The first floor serves as the rural art Exhibition Hall and the Xiamen Ceramic Culture Hall. The second floor is used as an exhibition area for Chinese ceramic culture, which is mainly to connect with foreign trade customers and international ceramic culture exchanges. The third floor is a space for artists to create, which meets the needs of artists for on-site creation and cultural exchange.

基金会秉持着先造人后造物的理念，以“小组团队协作”的方式，搭着乡村振兴进行硬件空间打造的同时，注入台湾社区营造理念，在海沧推动培根计划，在西部堆动培力计划，提升居民的自信心，激发他们的内生动力，使他们主动积极参与到自己的村庄建设。目前基金会在赤土打造了三个空间五支队伍,并协助村庄发展研学产业,真正助力产业振兴。

At the same time, the foundation also promotes the program in Haicang and the dynamic training program in the west to enhance the self-confidence of residents, stimulate their internal motivation, and make them actively participate in the construction of their own villages. At present, the foundation has built three Spaces and five teams in Chitu and assisted the village to develop the research industry, truly helping the industrial revitalization.

元初会员体验中心

Sungiven Discovery Land

元初为乡村振兴引进之凤凰，通过以修代租的方式，改造提升了三间赤土的老房子分别作为元初会员体验中心、民宿、餐厅，通过会员体验等活动，帮助赤土研学产业引入更多人流。

Sungiven is a company introduced by rural revitalization. By repairing old houses instead of renting, Chitu Village transformed and upgraded three old houses in Chitu to serve as Sungiven Discovery Land, homestays and restaurants respectively. At a distance, VIP experiencing and other activities can help introduce more people to the terra cotta research industry.

赤土公益书院从2021年4月启动至今 ,已经募得接近9万元，赤土村民参与乡村建设，让地让物捐款的人数多达114人。这其中除了村民的爱心之外,也是村干部领导与驻村团队伙伴积极入户沟通协调的成果。目前基金会已在此开展超过100场的活动，有针对老人的也有针对小孩的 ,如西鼓队、闽南童谣颂以及儿童冬令营等等。另外书院墙上的展板，述说着关于天竺山上的一些历史古迹的故事，像十八磨坊、真寂寺、龙门寺、伽蓝殿、漏米仓、浴龙桥等等，除了十八磨坊已不复见之外，其余在天竺山上都还能看到。这些故事都是从赤土长者们的述说以及参考相关文献整理而成，七色豆成员也曾亲自带我们上山去参观这些古迹，所以展板上的照片有许多都是我们亲自拍摄的。

In addition to the love of the villagers, it is also the result of active communication and coordination between the leaders of the village cadres and the team partners in the village. At present, the foundation has conducted more than 100 activities here, both for the elderly and for children, such as Western drum corps, Minnan nursery rhymes and children's winter camp. In addition, the panels on the walls of the academy tell the story of some historical sites on the Tianzhu Mountain, such as eighteen Mills, Zhenzhen Temple, Longmen Temple, Jialan Hall, drain rice warehouse, Bath Dragon Bridge and so on. In addition to the eighteen mills no longer seen, the rest can still be seen in the mountains of Tianzhu. These stories are compiled from the stories of the elders of the Terra cotta and related literature, and the members of the village team personally took us up the mountain to visit these monuments. So many of the photos on the panel were taken by ourselves.

赤土大榕树

Chitu Big Banyan Tree

赤土大榕树是村庄根据村民的需求，将榕树周边整治好，提供给老人休息聊天的聚集之处，乡村振兴更将榕树边上的水池，流转清淤活化水系，使得水池焕发新的面貌。

Chitu Big Banyan Tree is a gathering place for the elderly to rest and chat around the banyan tree according to the needs of the villagers. With the support of the rural revitalization policy, the water system near the banyan tree has been desilted and activated, giving the pool a new look.

赤土曾经有一条古道，也就是我们所说的国道，以前是从赤土经过，弯来弯去到天竺山上，天竺山上的古道在抗日战争和解放战争中也发挥了特殊的作用，党的交通员和抗日志士经常古道来往于厦漳之间，传递重要情报。

There used to be an ancient road in Chitu, which is what we call the National Road. In the past, the national highway passed through Chitu and curved to the Tianzhu Mountains. The ancient road on Tianzhu Mountain also played a special role in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation. The Party's traffic officers and anti-Japanese heroes often traveled between Xiamen and Zhangzhou on ancient roads, passing on important information.
